What time are Sunday Services?
8:30 a.m. is our Traditional Worship Service; our Casual Worship Service begins at 10:45 a.m.
Do you have Sunday School?
What do I wear?
Please come as you are. At our 8:30 a.m. worship service you’ll see a variety of attire from slacks and sport coats to dresses and skirts to jeans and t-shirts. At the 10:45 a.m. service, you’ll mostly see jeans, t-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, sandals and flip flops… that’s why we call it casual.
Where do I park?
There’s plenty of parking around our building with the front row labeled “visitor parking.” Occasionally, because we have a special event like a children’s program, Baptism Sunday or Easter Services, our lot fills up. Please don’t leave; there are plenty of spaces directly across the street at Princeton Community Primary School.
Where do I enter the building?
You can’t miss the big, red-roofed portico on the south side of the building. If it’s raining, please drop off anyone who is with you underneath before you park. As you enter, you’ll most likely be greeted by someone. Please ask them to direct you to either a classroom or our worship center. On the off-chance that no one is at the door, you should see a sign hanging from the ceiling in the lobby labeled “Worship Center.” Oh, and you’ll know you’re in the lobby because you hear water running in our fountain.
Where do my kids go during worship?
Our nursery welcomes infants-3 years. It is located just off the lobby across from the main entrance. However, if you are more comfortable bringing your young children into the worship service with you, please do. If they make noise, they will most likely fit right in with the rest of the kids present. We have a children’s moment for preschool through 3rd grade just before the message, followed by children’s church for the same age group. They will return to you during the closing song. We encourage 4th grade and older to worship with us. We view children as a blessing and never a distraction or an interruption.
Do I need to bring anything to worship?
If you have a Bible, bring that. Many of our people have a tablet or smartphone with a Bible App that they refer to. There are soft drink machines in the lobby; feel free to grab one and bring it into worship. If you’re a coffee drinker, feel free to bring your travel mug or a to-go cup from a local drive-thru.
What are church office hours?
Our office, which is located just off the lobby, is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
Are there activities during the week?
Wednesday Night Family Builders is the highlight of the week. This begins in September and wraps up by May. Dinner is at 5:00 p.m. and is usually attended by more than 100 people. Adult groups and Friend’s Club for preschoolers to 5th grade begins at 6:00 p.m. Our youth group now meets on Sunday nights from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Click here for more info.
